We want you to love your essentials, but if things don't work out, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must be unopened with the safety seal intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
